Funded Account Disclaimer
All trading accounts provided by Uni Virtual Funding, including both Challenge and Funded Accounts, operate on live market price feeds sourced from our trusted liquidity providers. This ensures all trades reflect real-time market conditions identical to those experienced in actual live trading environments.
All Challenge Accounts are simulated accounts designed purely for evaluation purposes. During the challenge phase, traders use virtual funds to demonstrate trading ability, consistency, and risk management based on live market data.
Once a trader successfully completes the evaluation, they receive a Funded Account that represents real capital allocation. In this phase, all trades are executed under live market conditions, and profits are distributed according to Uni Virtual Funding’s profit-sharing policies.
By participating in Uni Virtual Funding programs, traders acknowledge and agree that:
- All trading activity is based on live market prices provided through liquidity providers.
- The Challenge Phase is fully simulated with virtual funds.
- The Funded Phase involves live-funded accounts with real profit potential.
- Uni Virtual Funding reserves the right to monitor all trading activity to ensure compliance with its rules and terms.
